Job Description

  • Ensure the scheduling and planning of services, as well as the mobilization of personnel to the worksite, within the established deadlines.

  • Monitor daily scheduled activities and production planning, providing direct support to supervisors and regularly updating management.
  • Participate in service scheduling meetings with clients, communicating any changes, constraints, or pending issues to supervisors and management.
  • Develop and coordinate weekly service schedules with inspectors, supervisors, and managers, preparing planning spreadsheets and submitting them to management and clients when required.
  • Manage Continental Services’ service routines, including daily maintenance reports, monthly work order (WO) reports, and maintenance shutdown schedules, as well as coordinating workforce allocation in partnership with supervisors and management.
  • Act as a liaison in billing processes, overseeing performance tracking and measurement through statistical analysis of operational activities.
  • Prepare and maintain the documentation required for customer invoicing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
