Planner Scentbird Manufacturing

About the Role: 

Worked under the Planning Supervisor overseeing Scentbird filling schedule.  Embrace a safe work environment that is always striving to deliver success on a daily basis.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Manage filling schedule for Scentbird & Own Brands 8ml, full size and gift set assemblies.  
• Communicate with the purchasing department to confirm inventory status.
• Create work orders, filling, gift sets, retail bottles, special work orders, flash sales, etc
• Follow Work Orders to make sure we have all components available to cover the monthly demands.
• Manage any issues with Works Orders with the warehouse or  production.
• Set-up priorities for production for Scentbird and follow up all dates are met.
• Make sure all BOM’s are correct previous to any run.
• Communicate with production manager, warehouse supervisors, and colleagues to address negative list issues and urgencies throughout projects. Also notify me if there are some delays.
• follow up with essential items as FOM, New Launches, Flash Sales, or Special Orders.
• Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and manage shortages list daily.
• Organize the priorities according to the other planners’ requests.
• Require the specs for assembly work orders or work orders with particular processes. 
• Support as a backup when any of my coworkers from the planning department is out of the office.
• Update status on SKU’s daily base on inventory levels
• Update SKU that need LEP to be set up

What You’ll Need to Have

• Basic knowledge of computer skills
• 1-2 years of Manufacturing, Operations and fulfillment experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Basic knowledge in Word and Excel
