Planner

Join Ecolab’s Global Supply Chain team as a Planner at our equipment manufacturing facility in Roscoe, IL. In this critical role, you will support production by managing material planning, purchasing, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of components and efficient manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage tools like SAP, Power BI, and Excel to drive performance and support our mission of protecting people and vital resources.

• Manage the purchasing of materials and scheduling of manufacturing activities for 40+ production lines and 60 work centers 

• Maintain accurate data in SAP and utilize the GIB add-on for production scheduling 

• Collaborate with corporate planning, procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability 

• Use Power BI and Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and support decision-making 

• Influence without authority by partnering with cross-functional teams to drive results 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM projects and loss reduction efforts 

• Location: Roscoe, IL (onsite, 5 days/week) 

• Shift: 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility in start time, if needed) 

• Travel: None

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field of study 

• 2 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, scheduling, procurement, or other related analytical discipline  

• Prior experience with ERP systems, advanced planning systems, or similar software 

• Experience with SAP, especially SAP GIB or similar production scheduling tools 

• Experience working with Excel in a professional environment 

• Familiarity with Power BI 

• Background in equipment manufacturing or assembly environments 

• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority 

• Experience supporting continuous improvement or TPM initiatives 

• Experience managing competing priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a professional environment
