Your Role

As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of our technician team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate daily tasks, optimize resource allocation, and maintain seamless communication between technicians, customers, and internal departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem-solving, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

✅ Develop and maintain daily schedules for technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation.
✅ Monitor workloads and adjust schedules as needed to meet operational demands.
✅ Collaborate with different departments to align schedules with company objectives.
✅ Track job progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively address any issues.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
✅ Utilize scheduling software and tools to maintain accurate records of planned and completed tasks.
✅ Communicate schedules and updates to technicians in a clear and timely manner.
✅ Handle urgent requests and reschedule work efficiently in response to unforeseen circumstances.

What You Bring

🎯 Bilingual proficiency in French & Dutch (mandatory).
🎯 Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or a similar role.
🎯 Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
🎯 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively.
🎯 Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
🎯 Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
🎯 Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
🎯 Experience in a technical or service-related industry is a plus.
