Where You’ll Make a Difference
Review planning reports, create STOs, and convert planned orders to process orders aligned with customer ship dates
Consolidate and optimize process orders, including consumption of available blocked stock
Schedule manufacturing activities based on equipment availability and delivery requirements
Identify material shortages and proactively communicate issues to ensure rapid resolution
Print, review, and maintain shop floor documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper prioritization
Partner cross‑functionally with Customer Service, Raw Material Planning, QC, and Production on order or schedule changes
Incorporate QC‑approved distressed inventory into new batches to minimize financial loss
Support manufacturing with inventory discrepancies, rescheduling due to equipment issues, and documentation reprints
Coordinate purchase orders and schedules with outside toll manufacturers, including invoice and GRIR monitoring
What Makes You the Right Fit
Working knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, PP modules) or similar ERP systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in a manufacturing environment
Experience prioritizing work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to collaborate across Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Planning teams
