Job Description:
- Analyze supply-demand matching based on MRP runs to determine root cause changes, shortages and surpluses, and identify and drive course corrections.
- Responsible for ensuring weekly wafer starts, analyze plans per SCP.
- Review all MRP system inputs with functional owner to drive accountability and ensure accuracy as necessary ensuring that all current data is being used by the SCP planning engine.
- Maintain 18-month rolling gross ship plan forecast for wafer starts and capacity planning.
- Analyze product portfolio and historical demand patterns and recommend and maintain die bank and finished goods safety stock. Review quarterly and adjust as needed.
- Maintain detailed plans by understanding product transitions from Engineering to production, product revisions, product ramps and declines.
- Manage disposition of aged/inactive inventory by working with the business units and factory planning support.
- Responsible for achieving and improving customer shipping performance by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree In Supply Chain Management or related field and up to 2 years of related experience.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); advanced Excel skills desired.
- Experience with advanced planning tools preferred.
