The Role
Create and maintain ship dates and schedules by evaluating backlog, line capacity, calendars, and priorities. Manage international orders, packaging, shipping instructions/INCOTERMS, and multi-site shipset lines. Validate accessory lines, support CTB/FOBD/export crate scheduling, drive lead-time and scheduling improvements, participate in inventory reduction and NPI follow-up, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve production performance.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute the Planner to Schedule exceptions confirmed in 2 Days and Maximum of 5 days.
  • Schedule the Ship dates for the Sales Order Evaluating available production slots by taking into account:
  • Current backlog
  • Line Capacity ( FA and Feeder Plants)
  • Working Calendar constraints
  • Next avaialble slot
  • CTB new orders review
  • FOBD Quarter
  • Priorities changes 
  • PDSL improve
  • Export crate Schedule
  • Shipping instructions and INCOTERMS
  • Shipset lines (including Multi-sites)
  • Packaging Directions
  • Changer orders 
  • Validate Accessories lines ( EBS Vs. Cyberplan) before entire order.
  • International Orders, stock 1-week prior promised date
  • Plan, develop and implement Improvements for LT and performance for order scheduling.
  • Participate in the inventory reduction plans and follow up on the NPI (MPS) file.
  • Coordinates with the different departments to improve the current performance of the department and production.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum Job Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of planning. Preferably Senior-level or Master Scheduler
  • 3 years of supervising experience. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Self-starter. Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and deliver results with a spirit of innovation and a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Knowledge of the SIOP process, or the interaction and development of the process.
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office Software – advanced PowerPoint skills required. 
  • ORACLE EBS, JAVA, SAP. AS400 
  • Experience using MRP, MRP II, ERP, JIT, Kanban, production level loading, capacity resource planning, and Production Control.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP desired but not required.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or Supply Chain field. English 95%
