Job Description:

AriensCo is excited to be hiring a Planner/Scheduler for our manufacturing facility in Brillion, WI! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by leveraging production, inventory, and demand data to make informed planning decisions. You'll help improve schedule adherence, optimize inventory investments, and drive operational performance through meaningful analysis and reporting.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Develop and maintain daily production schedules for Manufacturing Plants in WI and in Tennessee

  • Align daily production schedules with demand forecasts, material availability, manufacturing capacity, and operational priorities

  • Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, and fabrication constraints to create achievable and efficient production plans

  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to communicate schedule changes and mitigate production risks caused by material shortages or capacity limitations

  • Partner closely with Purchasing to ensure critical components and purchased materials are available to support production schedules and customer commitments

  • Identify and resolve material shortages, supply chain disruptions, and other constraints that could impact production performance

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing planning accuracy, schedule stability, inventory management, and overall operational performance across manufacturing plants

  • Develop and maintain planning & material reports, metrics, and analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in planning, scheduling, materials management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelors' degree

  • Demonstrated high level of expertise using Excel, Databases, Queries, Reporting Tools, etc. required
