In this Lead Project Planner position, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of projects in a collaborative partnership with a major customer. Responsabilités essentielles :
· Gérez les calendriers détaillés de projets EPC hydroélectriques.
· Construire des scénarios pour optimiser les plannings et sécuriser la livraison tout en maîtrisant les coûts.
· Définir les stratégies du projet avec l'équipe principale du projet.
· Examiner et mettre à jour les calendriers des projets en fonction des derniers changements de stratégie, pour soutenir les processus de prise de décision.
· Identifier les écarts au planning et animer les discussions pour trouver des solutions
· Identifiez et traitez de manière proactive les conflits de planification potentiels, les goulots d'étranglement et les risques, en proposant des mesures d'atténuation appropriées pour assurer le succès du projet au stade de l'exécution.
· Assurer le respect des clauses contractuelles concernant la planification et les livrables.
· Présenter et discuter de la planification et de l'avancement du projet aux clients et à la direction.
· Préparer des rapports de planification à usage interne et client.
· Agir comme référence technique en planification auprès des nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
Qualifications requises :
· Baccalauréat en génie, en gestion de la construction ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience minimum de 6 ans dans la planification de projets majeurs EPC, de préférence dans l'industrie hydroélectrique.
·Connaissance avancée des principes, des techniques et des méthodologies de planification et d'ordonnancement.
· Maitrise avancée de Primavera P6.
· Compétences en contrôle des coûts et gestion de la valeur acquise.
· Solides compétences en leadership et en communication.
· Maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais.
· Posséder l'autorisation sans restriction de travailler au Canada.
Caractéristiques souhaitées:
· La connaissance du cycle de vie des projets hydroélectriques est un atout.
· La connaissance du Last Planner System est un atout.
· Une certification PMP ou PMI-SP est un atout.

Essential Responsibilities:
· Manage detailed schedules for hydropower EPC projects.
· Build scenarios for schedule optimization and securing delivery while containing costs.
· Define the project strategies with the project core team.
· Review and update project schedules as per latest strategy changes, to support decision-making processes.
· Identify deviations to the schedule and animate discussions to find solutions.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling for major EPC projects, preferably within the hydropower industry.
· Advanced knowledge of planning and scheduling principles, techniques, and methodologies.
· Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
· Cost control and earned value management skills.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Fluent in French and English.
· Work Authorization in Canada is needed.
Desired Characteristics:
· Knowledge of hydropower projects lifecycle is an asset.
