Resumen

Provide support with returnable materials planning related to inventories, shipments and collection into our Supplier Network. Consolidating and working the data base reports from our network to generate support for planning and conciliating our fixed assets.

Responsabilidades

1 Inventory Tracking and Monitoring. Oversee the inventory of returnable materials in our network, including collections in the distributor network. Generate detailed reports (on Excel and SAP) to analize the inventories and ensure complete visibility of returnable materials.

2 Returnable Materials Scheduling: Elaborate delivery programs for returnable materials and dunnage, ensuring efficient planning that supports supply chain operations.

3 Inventory variances: Identify discrepancies in inventory with our suppliers, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory amounts at each network point through the analysis of operational inputs and outputs

4 SAP Information Maintenance: Maintain returnable materials information in SAP, ensuring that external data is accurately reflected in the SAP system for precise inventory management

5 Material Movement Validation: Validate the movements of each returnable material to ensure material availability for production, preventing supply chain disruptions

6 Segregated Materials Identification: Collaborate with suppliers to identify segregated materials, sharing with the internal teams the split of good and segregated materials to recover value in our fixed assets
