Terms & Conditions Full time. Se requiere permiso legal para trabajar en Ecuador. No aplica asistencia para reubicación.
JOB PURPOSE This role exists to ensure operational excellence that enables our brands to thrive by planning and controlling mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks. The role guarantees equipment reliability, production continuity, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Planificar y actualizar el mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo por áreas y equipos · Definir tareas, frecuencias y repuestos necesarios, validando con inventario de bodega · Elaborar y cerrar órdenes de trabajo en SAP PM y Excel · Documentar planes, indicadores, informes técnicos y proyectos ejecutados en planta · Dar seguimiento a tarjetas de mantenimiento (rojas, verdes, azules) y mantener trazabilidad · Liderar reuniones con stakeholders para presentar el estado de tareas planificadas · Participar activamente en equipos multidisciplinarios (Kaizen, R2S, DOM, etc.) · Generar órdenes de compra en Coupa y liberar tareas con permisos de trabajo (PTW) · Liderar iniciativas de 5S en el área de mantenimiento · Tomar decisiones operativas que aseguren la continuidad del proceso y la seguridad de personas, instalaciones y producto
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS · Experiencia en planificación de mantenimiento industrial · Conocimiento en SAP PM y herramientas digitales (Excel, Power BI) · Capacidad para coordinar equipos técnicos y multidisciplinarios · Habilidad para documentar y dar seguimiento a indicadores técnicos · Conocimiento en normas de seguridad, calidad y operación de planta
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Experiencia en gestión de repuestos y compras técnicas · Formación en metodologías de mejora continua (Kaizen, TPM) · Certificación en seguridad industrial o mantenimiento preventivo
