Role Summary
Plan & Spec. Engineer is a technical sales role focused on promoting VRF air conditioning systems to consultants, architects, and property developers to get products specified into project designs. Mainly support MEP designers, provide technical design advice, and offer pre/post-installation troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Specification: Driving Carrier VRF products into project specifications (Spec-In) by presenting, designing, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Support: Supporting MEP designers, Consultant, Contractor and Developers with technical data.
- Sales Support: Offering technical advice on design, Installation, selection program and layout, as well as troubleshooting before/after installation.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Experience: Generally, requires 3–5 years in HVAC sales, product application, or relevant engineering fields.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD/3D software (optional), HVAC systems, and MS Office.
- Competencies: Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Good command of Thai and English.
