Working as an NDIS Accounts Payable Officer and Bookkeeper, you'll receive ongoing professional development and play a crucial role in managing funding for participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Your love for numbers and quick computer skills will be essential in ensuring accurate financial records and smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing financial aspects of participants' plans, including budgets, invoices, and payments.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS pricing guidelines and regulations.
- Building and managing relationships with service providers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Contributing to team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this role you will have
- A love of working with numbers.
- Well-developed computer skills and a high degree of comfort with accounting software.
- Great customer service to provide support for our clients.
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Access to a quiet and productive home office space.
This role requires a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Check.
