We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Placement Specialist. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
Develop and implement placement strategies to meet client needs and achieve growth goals, providing exceptional client service.
Facilitate submission of coverage specifications, obtain quotes from carriers, and bind coverage with accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with practice teams, insurance markets, clients, carriers, and underwriters to deliver cohesive client service.
Advise clients and internal teams on changing insurance and risk management market conditions, supporting client retention and new business production.
Drive senior placement and technical support activities, ensuring procedural compliance, accurate data management, and contract execution.
