We are seeking a talented individual for Placement Executive position at Marsh. This role will be based in Seoul, Korea.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage the full placement lifecycle for assigned accounts (submissions, market strategy, negotiation, documentation and binding).

  • Prepare clear, market-ready submission materials and placement instructions for underwriters.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriting partners.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing and coverage conditions to achieve client objectives while protecting firm interests.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (claims, underwriting, risk consultants, legal, compliance) to deliver cohesive solutions.

  • Ensure accuracy of placement documentation and timely issuance of policy materials.

  • Maintain up-to-date account records and pipeline reporting in internal systems.

  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to client presentations and renewal strategy.

  • Adhere to regulatory, compliance and internal governance requirements.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • 5 ~15 years’ experience in insurance placement, broking, or underwriting

  • Experience with specialty lines, financial institutions, property, casualty or international placements. (commercial lines preferred)

  • Proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
