We are seeking a talented individual for Placement Executive position at Marsh. This role will be based in Seoul, Korea.
We will count on you to:
Manage the full placement lifecycle for assigned accounts (submissions, market strategy, negotiation, documentation and binding).
Prepare clear, market-ready submission materials and placement instructions for underwriters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriting partners.
Negotiate terms, pricing and coverage conditions to achieve client objectives while protecting firm interests.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (claims, underwriting, risk consultants, legal, compliance) to deliver cohesive solutions.
Ensure accuracy of placement documentation and timely issuance of policy materials.
Maintain up-to-date account records and pipeline reporting in internal systems.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to client presentations and renewal strategy.
Adhere to regulatory, compliance and internal governance requirements.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
5 ~15 years’ experience in insurance placement, broking, or underwriting
Experience with specialty lines, financial institutions, property, casualty or international placements. (commercial lines preferred)
Proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
