We are seeking a highly skilled PL/SQL Developer to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a contract position.
Must be located within one hour of on-site location for monthly meetings.
What you'll Do
Participate in requirements analysis and documentation
Collaborate with senior developers and internal teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Write clean, scalable PL/SQL code and perform unit testing
Revise, update, refactor, and debug code as necessary
Deploy SQL scripts to test and production environments
Create and maintain technical documentation
Provide production support and troubleshooting
Offer third-tier support to the help desk on assigned weekends and holidays as needed
Adapt to working remotely and onsite as required
What You'll Need
Required
Proven experience as a PL/SQL Application Developer using tools like Toad and SQL Plus (minimum 5 years)
Proficiency in creating views, packages, functions, and stored procedures
Ability to work with collections and asynchronous processes
Skilled in interpreting execution plans and optimizing queries and functions
Competence in creating complex DML and debugging
Experience in managing release deployments, including script deployment
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant development experience
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $68 - $76 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
