Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual PPM and expert-check programme for the retail estate across Western and Central European countries
- Use CAFM systems to schedule servicing visits, maintain records, and manage compliance documentation
- Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
- Review servicing documentation and raise remedial work orders for approval
- Plan and manage Capex repair works on all assets arising from PPM and expert checks
- Implement a spot-check programme to ensure servicing meets contract standards
- Maintain comprehensive asset lists and participate in new store opening processes
- Serve as the main point of contact for stores and operational teams on maintenance and compliance matters
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled repair works with the pre-contracted supplier base
- Liaise with landlords' representatives and internal teams on maintenance works, cost approvals, and lease compliance
- Interpret lease agreements and manage landlord disputes when necessary
- Create and maintain complex reports from multiple internal and external data sources
- Support FM repair budget creation and management
- Collaborate with Risk and H&S teams on insurance claims and compliance evidence gathering
- Strong CAFM system experience and MS Office proficiency; Oracle experience is desirable
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken; German is an advantage
- Attention to detail combined with a solution-oriented, problem-solving approach
- Confidence in communicating with external partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Ambitious, strategic thinker with an agile mindset
- Driving licence, category B, desirable
- Willingness to travel across the region
- International scope across Western and Central Europe
