About you:

At The Access Group, we’re building the world’s first AI-native Digital Hub — transforming how software companies create demand and grow pipeline. Our Digital Sales team is the engine room for this transformation, and we’re hiring the next generation of talent to power it.
The Pipeline Orchestrator is a brand-new role profile designed to replace tradtional “Business Development” approaches. Instead of grinding through calls and emails, you’ll operate as an AI-native growth operator — orchestrating signals, data, and automation to build high-quality, self-sourced pipeline for our Digital Sales teams.
You’ll be at the forefront of applying AI, automation, and orchestration platforms to transform how pipeline is generated, measured, and accelerated.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Orchestrate across intent, inbound, and outbound signals to identify high-value prospects.

  • Deploy AI-driven campaigns and playbooks across email, social, chat, and conversational platforms.

  • Leverage automation tools (e.g. n8n, Power Automate, Clari Groove, Qualified) to build scalable, always-on engagement.

  • Partner with Digital Sales teams to route and accelerate pipeline seamlessly into late-stage opportunities.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Familiarity with intent data platforms (e.g. 6Sense, Demandbase).

  • Experience using automation tools (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft, n8n, Power Automate).

  • Comfort with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay) and AI tools (Claude, MS Copilot, Perplexity, ChatGPT).
