Job DescriptionThe Pipeline Marketing Specialist is the execution engine behind QAD’s North America demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Positioned at the intersection of demand creation and demand capture, you will activate in-market accounts and drive manufacturing buyers through the pipeline. This is not a lead-generation role focused on form fills; you will be measured directly on account activation, pipeline creation, and velocity. You'll report to our Global Revenue Marketing Director.
Location: Remote – U.S. (Continental U.S. near a major hub airport), ideally Miami where our corporate HQ is located, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Launch and optimize integrated, multi-touch campaigns across email (Marketo nurture tracks), paid media, webinars, and field events tailored to specific manufacturing personas and verticals.
ABM Program Management: Execute target account plays using intent and engagement signals to build account-specific landing pages, ad audiences, and customized content sequences.
BDR & Sales Collaboration: Act as the daily marketing liaison to the BDR team, briefing them on active campaigns and real-time intent signals to ensure timely sales follow-up.
Pipeline & Marketing Operations: Maintain marketing database hygiene and leverage Salesforce or equivalent BI dashboards to track pipeline health, account engagement, and performance gaps.
Asset Coordination: Partner with Corporate and Global Marketing teams to develop, localize, and organize campaign assets and sales enablement tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of B2B marketing experience within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology, with a focus on demand generation or ABM execution.
Marketing Tech Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo) and CRM tools (Salesforce). Exposure to ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) is highly preferred.
Strategic Capabilities: Deep understanding of the distinction between demand creation and demand capture , paired with an analytical mindset comfortable building dashboards and interpreting pipeline data.
Industry Context: Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or industrial software verticals is a meaningful advantage.
AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with using AI tools for content drafting, personalization, or campaign optimization is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Travel: Ability to travel approximately 10–20% for field events, team summits, and planning sessions.

Pipeline sourced from marketing programs.
Account engagement rates across ABM programs.
BDR follow-up and SAO conversion rates.
Marketing database health and attribution accuracy.
Compensation Package:
Our range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 USD annually (based on experience and skills).
Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
