  • Drive the adoption of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps principles, to accelerate development cycles and enhance collaboration between development and operations teams.
  • Establish and enforce high operational standards, including the creation and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee reliability and high availability of IoT services to customers, aligning with the company's commitment to excellence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging IoT technologies and cloud advancements, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies that can enhance the company's IoT capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide developers in mastering new technologies and methodologies, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth within the team to build a robust in-house expertise in IoT solutions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement among the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and IoT integrations.
