- Residir em Várzea Paulista ou Jundiaí;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turno revezado;
- Ensino médio completo;
- Desejável formação técnica
- Sólida experiência em pintura industrial
- Domínio tintas bi-componente
- Curso desejável talha e ponte rolante
Responsabilidades e Atribuições:
- Executar pinturas especiais de alta complexidade, com uso de tintas esmaltes sintéticos, epoxi e poliuretano em conformidade com procedimentos internos, normas técnicas e planos de pintura.
- Preparar tintas, adicionando componentes conforme especificações das fichas técnicas.
- Executar testes de aderência e espessura de película, em conformidade com o documento de fabricação, procedimentos e normas técnicas.
- Efetuar o descarte de resíduos, em conformidade com procedimentos e normas técnicas.
- Aplicar revestimentos cerâmicos, em conformidade com os planos de pintura, quando solicitado.
- Preparar peças para jateamento e preparar/empapelar peças e/ou bombas a fim de proteger áreas onde não é aplicável pintura.
- Providenciar a baixa das operações e serviços encerrados no sistema, através de digitação em terminal informatizado, para atualizar informações de peças produzidas.
