PIM Developer is responsible for developing and implementing software solution based on the specification. Refine the specification together with other team members as part of the agile team. Recommending and creating solution designs based on the specification towards stability, maintainability and scalability of the STIBO STEP implementation at Lyreco. Contribute to the growth of himself and the team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops Product Information Management solutions following methodology defined by the team/project,

  • Analyzes business needs in collaboration with Product Owners to find out what features our users need and how we will be able to implement the same in a user friendly manor.

  • Create technical design documents based on requirements,

  • Working on configuration, custom development, and production support of the PIM platform.

  • Setting up new integrations, add object types to data model, Java Script business rules, workflow.

  • Perform the required unit testing as a part of development.

  • Support regression test cycles.

  • Debugging business rules and perform defect resolution.

  • Participates in the deployment of new application features and upgrades where PIM developer liaise with the various IT teams (Architect, Support, Infrastructure etc.) and end users.

  • Stays up to date with emerging trends and technologies in PIM area.

  • Maintains the PIM ecosystem in operational conditions.

  • Follow data governance standards.

  • Complies with IT quality policy.

Qualifications & skills:

  • 2+ year experience working as a PIM developer or in similar role.

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant data field.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript.

  • Working knowledge of Stibo Systems STEP application.

  • Knowledge of GIT version control system and Linux is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of best practices around Product Information Management and Master Data Management.

  • Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Able to work in cross-functional teams and various level employees.

  • Structured yet agile approach – with good knowledge of the scrum agile methodology.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
