Job Description
We are currently looking for a Pillar Support Lead to join our growing team! In this role, you will support the execution of respective initiatives, tracks initiative progress and communicates to the Transformation Office.
As Pillar Support Lead, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Work with initiative owners and pillar sponsor on a daily basis to assist execution
- Determine what they need to advance their initiatives
- Escalate key issues to the appropriate parties
- Proactively work with initiative teams and any other stakeholder to improve process and accomplish goals faster
Track initiative goals and progress
- Complete initiative charters and keep them up to date
- Keep master tracker updated for relevant initiatives
- Identify gap between budget and initiative quantification
Support Rapid Response team (when relevant) in troubleshooting and accelerating
- Be a catalyst to Rapid Response team in quickly identifying initiative challenges by providing context, data, etc.
- Have point of view on potential challenges and fixes
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics or similar field
Initiative-relevant functional background
- Understands organizational area related to the initiatives
- Understands functions and key drivers of associated business area
- Telecommunications industry background
Strong project management organizational skills
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Thinks ahead
Navigate Brightspeed's organization
- Knows people, tools and data sources to support initiative leads
