An Auckland based role, you will be used to travelling to work throughout New Zealand.  You will get involved in some challenging and exciting projects including bridges and heavy concrete structures.

As the Piling Supervisor you will manage the operational delivery of projects including organisation, planning, and scheduling and resource management.  You will work closely with the Piling Foreman to run through plans so they can operationally deliver the works.

We’re looking for someone with:

As our Supervisor, your leadership skills will play a key role inspiring crews.  Your previous experience and knowledge is valued and recognised through your collaborative working with the wider team, planning and executing works in accordance with the programme and specifications to the high standards we pride ourselves in delivering as a company.

We need a leader who enjoys coaching people and has a proven track record in all facets of deep foundation works in particular Bored and CFA piling.  With your experience in civil construction, you enjoy sharing your knowledge and experiences with your team and key stakeholders, allowing you to build trust quickly.  With a forward vision, you anticipate requirements on site, pre-empting any problems by identifying solid working solutions to ensure smooth productivity on site.

You must have proven experience successfully running piling projects to be successful with this role.
