Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage third-party fleets to ensure smooth daily pickup operations

2. Train, supervise, and evaluate drivers to maintain service quality and compliance

3. Plan and optimize pickup routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

4. Assess and fulfill pickup requests from clients based on volume and location

5. Develop new client relationships and onboard new accounts

6. Handle customer complaints and service issues in a timely manner

7. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

8. Work closely with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless coordination between pickup and delivery

Qualifications

1. Prior experience in logistics, express delivery, or fleet management preferred

2. Strong communication and coordination skills

3. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with basic route planning knowledge

4. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred

5. Familiar with local traffic and major pickup areas

6. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player

18-22/hourly rate
