Berkeley Vale Private Hospital is now hiring!  Berkeley Vale Private Hospital (BVPH) has 50 beds and provides services for rehabilitation, medical and mental health patients.

Job Description

We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our friendly team at Berkeley Vale Private Hospital on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning with a focus on quality, safety and patient outcomes. You will work alongside other highly motivated and dedicated Allied Health, Nursing and Medical staff in achieving exceptional outcomes and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.  We provide a variety of rehabilitation programmes including orthopaedic and reconditioning post complex medical / surgical intervention.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent with current unlimited AHPRA registration
  • Prior experience working in an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting
  • Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
  • Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice
