Design personalized neurorehab plans to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
Deliver therapy using evidence-based neuro techniques (e.g., Bobath, PNF, task-specific training).
Assist with transfers, posture correction, and use of mobility aids.
Monitor progress and update treatment goals regularly.
Educate caregivers and families on home-based exercises and safe handling.
RequirementsSkills Needed:
Good knowledge of neurophysiology and neuroplasticity principles.
Hands-on skills in neuromuscular facilitation, gait training, and posture management.
Patience, empathy, and motivational approach toward clients.
