What You’ll Do
This role will be split between our Narre Warren and Mornington offices. you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
Our Narre Warren office has a team of 11 clinicians with a make up of:
6 OT's, 1 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Exercise Physiologist, 1 Allied Health Assistant and 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Our Mornington office has a team of 13 clinicians with a make up of:
8 OT's, 1 Physiotherapist, 1 Allied Health Assistant and 3 Behaviour Support Practitioner's.
You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- At least 1 to 4 year's post grad experience
