Join Our Team at Epworth Freemasons!

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Grade 3 Physiotherapist with a passion for pelvic health to join our Pelvic Health Outpatient Service at Epworth Freemasons.

This is a part-time position (9 hours per week), providing specialist outpatient physiotherapy services to women with pelvic health concerns across a diverse and rewarding caseload.

In this senior clinical role, you'll bring your expertise in pelvic health physiotherapy to deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment while playing a key role in supporting service development, quality improvement initiatives, and the ongoing growth of the outpatient pelvic health service. You'll be a valued member of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a physiotherapist, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in pelvic health
  • Demonstrated expertise in pelvic health physiotherapy, including assessment and management of pelvic floor disorders
  • Confidence working autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Well-developed leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development. Relevant post-graduate qualifications in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time-management and organisational abilities
  • A genuine passion for patient-centred care and achieving high-quality clinical outcomes

As one of Victoria's leading maternity hospitals, Epworth Freemasons specialises in women’s and men’s health services including breast and gynaecological surgery, endoscopy and urology. Epworth Freemasons also offers comprehensive cancer care, and a full range of surgical services, including robotic assisted surgery, orthopaedics and ICU care.
Epworth Freemasons has recently upgraded and expanded its operating theatres and admissions facilities, along with major refurbishments of patient rooms and building infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Council
  • Current physiotherapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Post graduate qualification in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Skills Required
