W Costa Navarino is seeking a Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will ensure guest satisfaction regarding the below mentioned areas of Spa services in accordance with the Costa Navarino standards and will utilize sales techniques and strategies to promote and optimize retail sales revenues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing efficient treatments (body treatments, massages, hydro treatments) and courteous guest service to our guests and is able to handle physiotherapy oriented questions in a qualified way
• Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage techniques, expertise knowledge, have to possess an understanding of body treatments (scrub, body wrap etc.) and be willing to learn further treatment techniques
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the products, spa -menu and service knowledge necessary to consult and provide wellness solutions to meet the individual needs of our guests
• Maintain good working relationships with all resort departments
• Maintain a strong sales acumen at all times seeking to close every sales opportunity by providing a strong rapport and accurate advice

• Physiotherapy Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Massage Therapist in a 4 or 5 star resort
• Additional qualifications in body treatments (wrap, soft pack etc.) are advantageous
• Proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests
• Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English - knowledge of German and/or Russian will be considered a plus
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills with a high ability to multitask
• Sales oriented and experienced

• Prolonged extensive standing/walking, sitting
