Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician in Lafayette, Louisiana at Ochsner University Hospital and Clinics. Potential for leadership role over APP’s with an additional stipend in our brand new facility to be completed in 2026.  Ochsner Health is an integrated healthcare system with more than 36,000 employees and over 4,600 employed and affiliated physicians in over 90 medical specialties and subspecialties. Position Highlights:

• Ambient listening available to everyone in Primary care to reduce documentation time
• LPN Care Coordinators dedicated to closing care gaps on your behalf
• Ochsner On-Call to reduce call burden
• Remote messaging Nurses to reduce in basket messages sent through the portal
• Outpatient Care Managers to assist with complex patient management and helping with social determinant of your patients Health
• Digital Medicine - supporting the management of patients with chronic conditions.
