- Collaborate with a terrific team of clinicians and specialists.
- Support from dedicated medical assistant, RN and clinic staff.
- Provide primary care for patients experiencing homelessness

Primary Care Physician Qualifications and Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible Family MD or DO with experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care; Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills highly valued but not required.

Established in 1968, we are the largest primary health care provider in Providence and treat patients regardless of their ability to pay.
