Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Physician Recruiting Sourcer aligns the overall sourcing strategies for the organization with all open opportunities for BHMG. This position works closely with recruiting leadership to engage in discussions with stakeholders and external experts to identify and implement a sourcing strategy aimed at generating candidate flow.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or Related Field required
  • Minimum three years of experience
