Physician Liaison

Pay Range:

$32.58 - $48.87Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Physician Liaison to join our team. Facilitates and develops relationships between hospitals, physicians, medical groups, clinical leaders, and other healthcare providers within assigned territories. Routinely and directly engages physicians, practice leaders, hospital administrators, and other clinical leaders to promote HSHS programs, services, physicians, and clinical capabilities.
Serves as a liaison between HSHS and community providers to strengthen referral relationships, identify growth opportunities, address service and access barriers, and improve the overall provider experience. Develops and executes territory outreach strategies that support organizational growth objectives, service-line utilization, continuity of care, and provider engagement. Success in this role is measured through physician engagement activities, relationship development, territory management, and contribution to market growth objectives.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• H.S. Diploma and five years of relevant experience in business, healthcare or related field may be considered in lieu of experience.

Experience Qualifications

• Five years of experience in relationship marketing/management experience is required. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the Bachelor’s degree requirement.)
