FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Short Pump is seeking a Physician Liaison to join our team in a Full-Time role. The Physician Liaison collaborates closely with our clinical team, while also acting as a brand ambassador to the community, calling upon local physicians to build relationships and prospect referral leads to grow our patient referral base. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Lead initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external referral streams
  
• Develop and implement specific outreach, relationship building, and marketing plans to
  meet goals
• Analyze referral data, check DMR daily, and facilitate marketing campaigns
  
• Use templates and programs for tracking and leads management
  
• Develop strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses
  
• Work collaboratively with other system functions that interact with physician offices,
  including hospital medical affairs, outbound referral systems, provider recruitment, and
  provider resources
• Establish and maintain ongoing communication with referring providers and/or their
  office staff, including routine or follow-up visits, email, and phone calls
• Use research-based methods and implement strategies to build awareness and trust
  
• Identify referral sources (target audiences)
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• A college degree is preferred, with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the field.
  
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  
• Recent experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment
  
• Willingness to travel within an assigned territory
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Fluent in computer programs
  
• Effective oral and written communication skills
  
• Team player who can work in harmony with others
  
• Excellent time management skills, organization, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
