PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  • Our Ideal Candidate: An adaptable, collaborative, team-player, looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care.

  • Team Composition: Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support.

  • Hospital Information: 140 Beds; Closed ICU; 2 Admitting Services scheduled per day, 7 days per week

  • Responsibilities: Emergency Department admissions, consults and direct admissions.  Additional responsibilities include working with our One Call/Hospital Supervisor team taking transfers from outlying facilities. No procedures required.

  • Work Schedule: 12 hour shifts – 24 weeks per year, flexible scheduling

  • Support: Specialty and 24/7 intensivist support

REQUIREMENTS

  • BC/BE Internal Medicine

  • BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience or completion of a Hospitalist fellowship.

LOCATION

  • Geography: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.

  • Proximity: 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

  • Community: Fargo-Moorhead population over 200,000, offering a high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities.

  • Service Area: Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.

COMPENSATION

  • $178.97/Hr. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
