The Opportunity
Join a high-volume electrophysiology program with a strong referral base and full-spectrum electrophysiology care supported by a dedicated EP team. This role offers procedural depth, clinical variety, and opportunities for innovation and program growth.
What You’ll Do
- Perform complex ablations including AFib and VT
- Implant and manage cardiac devices (pacemaker, ICD, CRT)
- Provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology care
- Collaborate across cardiology, heart failure, and structural heart teams
- Participate in research and innovation initiatives (optional)
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified/Eligible Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Expertise in advanced cardiac ablation and lead extraction techniques
- Team-oriented, patient-centered mindset
- Interest in program development and innovation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary $754,385. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
