PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our team (2 Adult Endocrinologists: one in Duluth, MN, and one in Ashland, WI, 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist, 8 NP/PAs in Duluth, MN, and 1 NP in Ashland, WI, and 18 additional staff).
- This is a 100% remote position. We cannot hire remote positions from the following states: California, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Washington, Colorado, and Oregon.
- Capability to apply and analyze latest diabetes related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.
- Outpatient practice of 24-hours per week over the days and hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
- No evening, weekend, or holiday call.
- Patient volume/day: 16

- BC/BE in Endocrinology
COMPENSATION
- $176,157 (for 0.6 FTE) for BC/BE Endocrinologist. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Endocrinology
- Ability to apply and analyze diabetes-related devices including insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and meters
- Willingness to work outpatient schedule of 24 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
- Eligible to work from an allowed U.S. state (cannot be hired from CA, MA, NY, NJ, WA, CO, OR)
