Pay Range:
$78.00 - $78.00The Advanced Practice Professional (APP) provides comprehensive, patient-centered urgent care services with a primary focus on telehealth delivery. This role evaluates and manages acute, episodic conditions across the lifespan using virtual care platforms. APPs practice within a collaborative, APP-led care environment supported by supervising physicians, emphasizing high-quality care, timely access, operational efficiency, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history and virtual physical exams
Diagnose and manage acute medical conditions within urgent care scope
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Prescribe medications in compliance with state and organizational guidelines
Order and interpret laboratory studies as appropriate
Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently in Epic
Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and follow-up guidance
Escalate care appropriately to in-person or emergency settings
Participate in team collaboration and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board certified in appropriate specialty
Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
Proficiency with telehealth and EHR systems (Epic preferred)
Work Requirements
Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts
Work remotely from home in an approved/licensed state
Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
