Experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant to join its nationally recognized NICU team at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies—one of the most advanced neonatal programs in the country.

• 142‑bed, Level IV NICU caring for ~1,900 infants annually
• One of the largest and most technologically advanced NICUs in the U.S.
• ECMO Center of Excellence (1 of only 4 in Florida)
• Full pediatric and surgical subspecialty support through Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children
• High‑acuity, complex cases through a renowned Fetal Care Center, including EXIT procedures
• Dedicated RN/RT teams for deliveries, transport, and PICC lines
• Strong culture of leadership, collaboration, and patient‑centered excellence
• *Completion of a neonatal training program and prior NICU experience required. 

• Collaborative group of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs
• Neonatal Fellowship training site

• 12‑hour day and night shifts with flexibility

• Current certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Minimum of a master’s degree
• Applicants must have completed a Neonatal PA training program and have one year of PA experience in a Neonatal ICU
