Conducts research by regularly meeting with leadership and management to identify the need for additional or replacement providers. Collaborates and consults with leadership teams to ensure strategic and tactical recruitment plans meet business objectives. Works with recruitment staff to develop and deliver customized sourcing plans to attract and retain high-caliber candidates. Sources high-quality candidates through various tools and maintains active candidate communication. Screens applicants through CV review, phone interviews, emails, and video conferencing, and conducts reference, and background checks. Communicates the recruitment plan, process, and progress of each search with providers and management at AdventHealth campuses and AdventHealth Medical Group. Maintains a liaison relationship with other AdventHealth Departments and affiliated organizations, seeking assistance and direction when needed. Maintains an understanding of current compensation and compliance requirements and meets with the finance department to ensure proformas align with provider strategy and business objectives. Organizes candidate travel, visits/tours, and sets itineraries for meetings and introductions to appropriate physicians and leaders during a provider’s stay. - Competency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet navigation. [Preferred]
- Knowledge of medicine specialties and physician and APP education paths. [Preferred]
- Ability to display enthusiasm and devotion to the position. [Preferred]
- Experience in physician relations and/or physician network development [Preferred]
Education:
- High School Graduate or equivalent [Required]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
Work Experience:
- 1+ experience as a provider recruiter for a health care system or a physician recruitment firm [Preferred]
- 2+ experience in health care [Required]

Pay Range:
