The IMA Group is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to perform medical evaluations for Veterans as part of our VA assessment program. This position focuses primarily on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) evaluations throughout the Altoona and Pittsburgh regions, as well as ENT-related disability examinations in Pittsburgh.
This is a flexible, evaluation-only role requiring approximately 1–2 days per week based on exam volume. Providers may be based in the Pittsburgh area and travel to Altoona as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive VA compensation and pension (C&P) examinations for Veterans
- Perform Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) evaluations throughout the Altoona and Pittsburgh regions
- Conduct ENT-related disability examinations in the Pittsburgh area
- Review medical histories, records, and supporting documentation
- Complete detailed, objective medical reports in accordance with VA guidelines
- Submit documentation through IMA's electronic reporting system
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Physician (MD/DO) license
- Clinical experience as a practicing physician
- Strong assessment, documentation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to travel between Pittsburgh and Altoona as needed
- Experience with disability, compensation & pension, or VA examinations is preferred but not required
