Job DescriptionPosition: Physical Laboratory Testing Leader (Consumer Products - Toys & Hardlines)
Team: Physical Laboratory
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City - Cat Lai Ward
- Implement management system and ISO 17025;
- Manage and improve operations workflow, processes and resources, to ensure work
- effectiveness and efficiency in the laboratory;
- Monitor the daily operation to ensure high level of technical compliance and quality performance of the laboratory;
- Develop and implement new testing method and regulatory; build up testing capacity to align with demands;
- Identify potential issues in the laboratory; analyze and provide timely resolution of technical
- problems;
- Provide technical training or seminars to clients or staff;
- Review data from technical personnel to reporting personnel; review and approve physical test report;
- Report inadequate resources to upper management.
- Master or Degree holder of Physics or Mechanical Engineering;
- 5- 6 years or above working experience in physical testing laboratory;
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 and accreditations body;
- Strong knowledge of mechanical testing standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, ISO, CPSIA, etc.);
- Good trouble shooting and supervision, leadership skill;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
- Analytical mind and logical thinking;
- Initiative, organized and able to work independently.

Skills Required
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree in Physics or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5–6 years of experience working in a physical testing laboratory
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 and accreditation bodies
- Strong knowledge of mechanical testing standards, including ASTM, EN, ISO, and CPSIA
- Troubleshooting, supervision, and leadership skills
- Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Analytical, logical, organized, self-directed, and proactive approach
