Since launching Cybernews in 2019, expanding into Wellnesspulse, and creating a financial insights platform Investorsobserver, we have grown to a team of 300 in-house experts and over 200 global contributors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering collaboration and growth while ensuring technical excellence
- Take ownership of new backend projects, guiding them from the initial concept and MVP requirements through full-scale implementation
- Provide strategic solutions to technical challenges, maintaining a focus on system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust backend systems to support business needs
- Maintain high standards of code quality through clear documentation, thorough testing, and adherence to best practices
- Actively contribute to sustainable development practices while solving complex technical problems
- Drive the technical roadmap for backend systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term vision and goals

- Flexibility to adapt to media market changes that are part of the industry and be able to shift projects in needed direction. Sometimes this means to deliver best possible version and sometimes - quickly deliver MVP version

GROSS SALARY
- 4500 - 6300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
