Lead PHP / Laravel Developer
Responsibilities
- Refine user stories with Product & UX into concise technical specs.
- Own Laravel architecture (service layer, events, queues, caching).
- Implement REST endpoints and Blade + Tailwind UI fragments.
- Write PHPUnit/Pest tests; enforce code reviews.
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimates, and retros.
Must-Have Skills
- Expert PHP 8.x features (read-only classes, enums, typed constants).
- Deep Laravel (route model binding, queues, policies, service providers).
- SQL optimization with Eloquent query builder.
- Solid HTML/vanilla JS or modern framework; comfortable editing Blade templates.
- Git flow & Pull-Request discipline.
Nice to have
- TailwindCSS: build responsive, accessible components.
- Scrum / Kanban literacy; story-pointing; specification writing.
- Knoledge of redis, bash, docker
Laravel Developer
Responsibilities
- Build and test REST endpoints & Tailwind-styled Blade templates from detailed specs.
- Help clarify acceptance criteria with Lead & QA.
- Fix bugs, write unit tests, participate in code reviews.
- Demo completed work during sprint review.
Must-Have Skills
- Confident PHP 8, Laravel fundamentals (controllers, Eloquent, migrations).
- Core HTML knowledge
- REST concepts (verbs, status codes, auth headers).
- Git & branch workflow understanding.
Nice to have
- TailwindCSS basics
- Vanilla JS or modern framework knowledge
- PHPUnit or Pest unit testing.
