What We’re Looking For:
- Students currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, IT Management, or a related field.
- Strong personal skills: self-management, responsibility, friendliness, proactivity, creativity, and quick learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A good level of English communication for daily interactions with our international team (English proficiency will be assessed).
- Willingness to work at our office in Savassi, Belo Horizonte, when needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of web development technologies: PHP, MySQL.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist our development team in producing and maintaining high-performance software solutions.
- Support the testing and software implementation phases, including creating test scenarios and running functional tests.
- Help identify and resolve bugs.
- Collaborate daily with our U.S. team, allowing you to further develop both your technical and English communication skills.
- Handle support requests, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.
