Micron seeks a PHOTO TRACK Process Engineer to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and manage risks effectively.
Responsibilities:- Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs through innovative solutions.
- Establish and modify process management projects to achieve ambitious goals.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment, ensuring efficient performance.
- Conduct abnormal analysis and implement improvements for a seamless production flow.
- Currently pursuing a major in Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office and other analytical and planning tools.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Outstanding analytical and statistical skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of curiosity and determination.
- Previous experience in a similar engineering role.
- Proven ability to successfully implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and materials evaluation.
- Strong collaboration skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Dedication to ensuring safety and quality in all work processes.
