THE ROLE & THE TEAM
The Studio Assistant plays a key role in keeping e-commerce production running smoothly. They support the team with ensuring everything in the studio operates efficiently. Acting as the link between creative and production teams, they maintain equipment, oversee digital and sample processes, and support the seamless production of high-quality assets. This role requires a mix of technical know-how, problem-solving skills, and teamwork to maintain quality standards, improve efficiency, and drive innovation in the studio.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Oversee technical workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations across photography, sample coordination, and digital asset management.

Ensure technical readiness by calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting all studio equipment, lighting, and software.

Coordinate sample management process to ensure accurate tracking, availability, and preparation for daily shoots.

Organize and optimize samples to align with production schedules and priorities.

Provide hands-on support during productions to photographers, stylists, retouchers, and production teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

Skilled in building strong cross-functional relationships, resolving technical issues under pressure, and maintaining clear, efficient communication. Your proactive approach keeps the team focused and performing at their best.

You Bring Technical Expertise: You have 2+ years of experience in high-volume e-commerce studios, with a background in studio operations.

You Understand Studio Technology: Confident in managing and troubleshooting studio tech, including lighting systems, cameras, and IT hardware/software setups.

You’re an Operational Thinker: Experience in coordinating sample management, scheduling, and operational logistics for e-commerce photography studios.
