As our Photo Editor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining Petal & Pup's signature aesthetic. You'll efficiently edit high-quality images from our recurring natural light campaign photoshoots. Working closely with our Creative Manager and Photographers, you'll ensure our visual content aligns with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Image Processing & editing;
- Efficiently cull and select high-volume raw image files from fashion campaigns and ecommerce photoshoots.
- Efficiently edit selected images using Lightroom Classic, focusing on colour accuracy and minor adjustments in Photoshop - skin/body retouching skills not required.
- Colour grade, crop, and adjust exposure for campaign imagery.
- Collaborate with external photo editors as needed.
- Digital Asset Management;
- Manage and organise a vast digital photo library on Dropbox.
- Implement efficient file naming and folder structures.
- Ensure smooth data transfer and backup procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Proven proficiency in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of colour theory and image editing techniques.
- While not mandatory, experience with Shopify would be advantageous.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
