Prudential (UK) in partnership with the HCL group plans to set-up a standalone Indian health insurance company to address the growing healthcare needs of the Indian consumer. This joint venture will combine Prudential's global expertise in insurance and financial services with HCL Group’s experience in technology and healthcare solutions.

Prudential, with its longstanding presence in India, already operates two leading businesses in life insurance and asset management with the ICICI Group. Prudential was also the proud sponsor of the 1983 Cricket World Cup, India’s first World Cup Victory!

Prudential Health India is a Zero to One team undertaking a no-legacy, greenfield health insurance deployment in India, building journeys that truly empathize with the customer and offer a differentiated experience. 

To partner with us in this mission, we are looking for a talented Social Media - Lead to join our Marketing team in Mumbai.

Your typical week will include the following:

Managing and growing brand presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Deploying strong platform-specific strategies and driving engagement, reach, and conversion through compelling content and campaigns.

  • Plan and manage social media channels, design campaigns and help build brand identity.
  • Produce witty and engaging content, with good analytical skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and design impactful social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with the design team / social media agency to get the images, videos and posts designed on time.
  • Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.
  • Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.
  • Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally.
  • Analyse social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.
  • Deploy relevant AI tools/technologies and build an organisation wide AI ecosystem, including conversational AI for chat and web/app journeys
  • Conceptualise and plan Influencer led campaigns and UGC for reach and engagement amongst relevant audience
You could be the right candidate if you have
  • Master's degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a social media manager / specialist
  • Expertise in managing brand pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools like Sprinkler, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities
